I highly recommend Katja for placenta encapsulation. Before I tried it I was skeptical it would really make a difference, and I was also worried it would be gross. It’s definitely not gross at all, and it’s so worth it! Katja told me exactly what I needed to do in order to clear the placenta from the hospital and to keep it safe until pick-up. She even came to the hospital the day of my delivery to pick it up! She dropped off capsules the day after I came home from the hospital and talked me through the best way to start taking them. For me, it really made a difference to take them. They elevated my energy as well as my mood, and I never had any shortage of milk. This is my second child and I wasn’t able to get my placenta encapsulated with my first. I felt such a difference by taking the placenta pills. Method of Preparation:
During our encapsulation process the placenta does not get treated, (steamed or cooked) before being dehydrated. With this method the placenta is cleaned with water, sliced, dehydrated and ground into a powder for the capsules. This method will provide mom with the most amount of capsules possible.
