Anna

Labor and Birth Doula

Hi, I’m Anna — a devoted wife, proud homeschooling mom of five, and passionate birth professional. For the past 14 years, I’ve shared life with my best friend and husband, and together, we’ve embraced the adventure of raising our children (ages 13, 11, 6, 3, and 1). Whether we’re exploring nature on a hike or unwinding with a cozy family movie night, we value connection, faith, and intentional living.

As a military family, we’ve faced many ups and downs. Through every challenge, our unwavering faith in Jesus has been our anchor. I strive to lead with love in all I do, choosing grace over judgment and kindness over criticism.

I’ve worked in the birth world for over 13 years and have served as a birth and postpartum doula for the past 10, with a special focus on lactation support. My training includes rebozo techniques, perinatal mental health, postpartum and newborn care, and advanced lactation support. I’m also a proud member of the virginia maternal mental health leadership alliance.

Currently, I’m pursuing my Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) license and have been a midwifery student for over two years. My greatest joy in this work is educating and empowering families while holding space for their unique birth experiences. Birth is deeply personal, powerful, and sacred — and I’m honored to walk alongside you through every step of the journey, whether it’s your first time or your eleventh.
