Hello! My name is Krista.
I’m so glad you’re here and investing in your pregnancy and birth journey. I grew up in Vermont and have since moved all over the world as a military spouse. We’re now so happy to be living in beautiful Hawaii.
I became a doula after having my third (and last!) baby. It was the first time I hired a doula, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I knew I wanted to return that gift by advocating for other families. In 2018, I began working as a doula in Monterey, California. Since then, I’ve been privileged to attend many births, and there’s nothing I love more than seeing families flourish.
I’m here to help you have the birth experience you want—where you’re empowered to make informed choices every step of the way. Birth is a powerful, transformative experience that should bring you and your family joy.

Krista was amazing! This was my first baby and I was terrified of all the things that could go srong in the hospital so I was so grateful we could hire Krista. She was very informed and invested in us getting the birth that we wanted. She made herself available to me to ask her any questions I had along the way. She had a ton of resources, books, and information for me to make informed choices.
The birth ended up going perfectly, we had no complications and I was able to have the birth I wanted. We are so grateful we had Krista by our side, I felt so reassured and safe with her in the hospital. If I have another baby in Hawaii we will definitely be hiring her again!
